Biannually, the American Kennel Club hosts the Lone Star State Classic Dog Show in Dallas, TX. 

In a building with over 1,400 dogs representing 70 different breeds I use flash to spotlight the unique characteristics of this event. An unlikely vanity pageant for anxious handlers- often times seen sharing the same hair care products used with the dogs before show. Seldom do we see people who will travel across state lines via car, plane, or RV to attend shows across the country for another owners pet.
